This web site, the associated listserve, and our rented post office box cost approximately $300 per year. These are our only ongoing expenses. The organization, New Democracy, is essentially the collective name that Dave Stratman and John Spritzler use to manage this web site; it is not a membership organization. New Democracy incorporated in the state of Massachusetts in order to obtain its current tax exempt status in the United States as a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization. Donations made to New Democracy qualify as donations to a tax-exempt non-profit organization when you file your income tax return in the United States.
